Flexible Service/Support Agreements

Nova Communications offers you the flexibility in the design of your own Service arrangement, based on your own unique needs. Most common Service Agreements are:

NOVA COMMUNICATIONS FULL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Provides for:

  • Priority response to emergency service requests
  • Advance replacement of covered parts,
  • Labor for service repairs,
  • Maintenance software releases as required.
  • Reduced T&M rates,
  • Applicable system software releases during the contracted period, and installation at reduced Time and Material (T&M) rates.
  • Scheduled user training at Nova Communications training facility.
  • Scheduled Systems Administration training for authorized Customer employees at
  • Nova Communications training facility.
  • Maintenance for the system,
  • Discounted labor rates for standard moves, adds, and changes to the telephone system and programming.

(Pricing is based on the number of licensed ports, once a chargeable site-survey is performed.)

SUPPLEMENTAL LABOR AGREEMENT
(used with the Toshiba Extended Parts Warranty)

  • Priority response to emergency service requests.
  • Labor and advanced replacement of defective, Toshiba warranted parts.
  • Maintenance software releases as required.
  • Reduced T&M rates
  • Applicable system software releases during the contracted period, and installation at reduced Time and Material (T&M) rates.
  • Scheduled user training at Nova Communications training facility.
  • Scheduled Systems Administration training for authorized Customer employees at Nova Communications training facility.

(Pricing is based on the number of licensed ports, once a chargeable site-survey is performed.)

NOVA COMMUNICATIONS STANDARD TIME & MATERIAL SERVICE
(invoiced on a per call basis)

  • Standard service support is for those that wish to have service provided on a per incident, time and materials basis. Labor for service repairs, moves, adds, and changes to the system is provided and billed in half-hour increments. In cases where the customer has remote dial-in capability for system administration, labor can be provided at a discounted rate and will not include a travel charge. Response times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Standard service hours are from 8-5 Mon-Fri. 365-day 24/7 availability. When there is a request to have labor performed outside of these hours, or on holidays, overtime rates apply. Overtime labor is billed in full-hour increments with the technician’s drive time being included in the time billed. A travel charge is not applied during an overtime service call.
